We are hiring experienced service plumbers to support our existing commercial clientele in the greater Cleveland area. A backflow license is welcome for the position, as is sprinkler certification, but neither credential is essential for consideration. In addition to backflow testing, the position may involve installing and maintaining boilers, water heaters, heat pumps and piping systems including stainless steel, galvanized pipe, copper, PVC and PEX tubing. Skill in pipe threading, welding, fixture setting, repair of water and sanitary drainage systems and knowledge of the plumbing code is also required. Some overlap with our construction teams is commonplace depending upon technicians’ expertise.

We are hiring licensed sprinkler technicians as we expand our construction crews to undertake commercial fire suppression projects in Northeastern Ohio.

Expertise in reading blueprints and diagrams, laying pipe, installing sprinkler heads, arranging wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems and in hanging such systems as per NFPA and engineering guidelines is needed. Responsibilities also include system installation and testing of sprinkler systems, as well as verification that alarm and monitoring systems work properly. Abilities to thread pipe, test valves, and adhere to building codes are required, as is a valid Ohio Sprinkler Technician’s License. Punctuality, reliability and mechanical aptitude are also keys to success in this job.

We are hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Installers to work on our commercial construction projects and major installations. Candidates must have training situating, starting and maintaining forced air heating and cooling equipment, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, hot water boilers, water tanks and roof top units and be able to explain technical and financial matters to customers. In addition they must be able to read blueprints, situate, configure and wire low voltage systems according to manufacturers specifications, fabricate and station sheet metal and flex duct systems, load equipment and materials, braze and solder where necessary.
